At Metagave, we will take the following steps to revolutionize the way our business is run:

1. Develop our own custom application to authenticate/verify NFT holders

2. Allow all holders of the genesis NFT collection to purchase the 2nd membership NFT at a low price as an exclusive pass to be members of the DAO and be able to vote on the full company management.

3. All holders of the 2nd NFT collection will have the right to vote for tasting notes of the tequila, farming, bar and restaurant building, and so on and so forth.
